Bolster is looking for a freelance Motion Designer to support a wide range of brand and marketing projects. We’re seeking a versatile creative who can bring brands to life through animation and motion graphics. The ideal candidate is experienced in creating animated logos, motion graphics, and dynamic visual assets, with proficiency in tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro. You’ll work closely with our design and strategy teams to translate static brand assets into engaging motion, ensuring consistency across platforms. We primarily collaborate with tech startups, B2B SaaS companies, and professional service firms.

Experience:

• Proficient in motion design and animation, with experience creating animated logos, motion graphics, and dynamic visual assets.
• Skilled in industry-standard tools
• Ability to translate static brand assets into engaging motion graphics while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling through motion.
• Experience delivering motion assets optimized for web, social, and presentation formats.

Compensation:
