Bolster is looking for a part-time, mid-level Website Project Manager with experience in both design and web development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven ability to manage web projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects organized, on track, and aligned with client goals and design vision. The position requires a commitment of about 10 hours per week, with potential for growth.

- You bring hands-on experience managing website projects, particularly in creative or digital agency settings.
- You have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, with a focus on website design and development workflows.
- You’re proficient in Framer and enjoy working with modern web tools and systems, from prototyping in Figma to navigating integrations with various CMS platforms.
- You can effectively prioritize, balancing timelines and resources while keeping deliverables aligned with client expectations.
- You communicate clearly and thoughtfully, making sure that every stakeholder is informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- You’re at ease juggling multiple projects and are always ready to jump in with fresh solutions when challenges arise.
Experience and Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital agency or design-focused environment.
- Experience managing projects in Framer, Webflow or WordPress.
- A background in design or development, with an understanding of visual principles and technical constraints.
- Working knowledge of Framer, Figma, and web development fundamentals.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
- Confident using project management tools like Slack, Monday, and Google Suite to coordinate tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Great communicator with a proactive attitude, ensuring clarity and momentum for both internal and client-facing updates.
- Problem-solver who is comfortable making decisions to keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
