We’re looking for a creative, ambitious and skilled designer who can take charge of a project from the outset and make amazing designs in a fast paced collaborative environment (whilst not taking themselves too seriously!). In this role, you will work closely with our Creative Director on a broad range of projects, focusing primarily on brand and web design

Who we are looking for:

• You lead design projects from concept to completion, staying aligned with briefs and client goals.
• You know how to plan and run workshops with clients to capture vision, gather feedback, and guide direction.
• You work quickly and confidently in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and other tools in the Adobe Suite.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, clearly explaining design ideas to team members and clients alike.
• You can manage multiple project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment.
• You’re self-motivated, proactive, and always open to learning and feedback.

Experience and abilities:

• Illustration and/or motion design capabilities
• 5+ years of experience in an agency or digital consulting environment, with a proven record of leading brand and digital design projects.
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment with tools like Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Monday.com, Harvest, and Pitch.
• Experience with copywriting and naming projects
• Experience using Framer
