Bolster is looking for a freelance copywriter to support a wide range of brand and marketing projects. We’re looking for a versatile writer who can help shape brand voice and tone, craft engaging marketing materials like one-pagers and presentations, and compelling website copy You’ll work closely with our design and strategy teams to create thoughtful, on-brand copy that connects with audiences and supports client goals. We work with a lot of tech start ups, b2b SaaS companies and professional service companies
Who we are looking for:
- You’re comfortable developing copy for a range of needs — websites, landing pages, case studies, brand messaging, one-pagers, and other marketing materials.
- You know how to help define or refine brand voice and tone across different touchpoints.
- You’re skilled at editing and elevating existing copy for clarity, consistency, and impact.
- You enjoy collaborating with designers and strategists to ensure copy and visuals work seamlessly together.
- You have a strong grasp of brand messaging, tone of voice, and marketing storytelling, and you’re at ease writing for multiple formats — from websites to sales decks.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, tech startups, or professional services is a plus.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver high-quality work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- You’re a clear communicator who is responsive and dependable with deadlines.
Experience and Abilities:
- 8+ years of copywriting experience, preferably with agency or freelance background.
- Proven ability to write for websites and various marketing formats.
- Strong understanding of brand development, messaging frameworks, and storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams and work independently to deliver polished copy.
- Familiarity with tech, SaaS, or professional services industries is a bonus.
- Strong time management skills and comfort working on tight timelines.
- Excellent editing and proofreading abilities to ensure clarity and consistency.
